The double countersunk head helps reduce the likelihood of head shear while assisting with a clean and complete countersunk finish. The 40° deep single thread provides high pull-out resistance and a secure, reliable fixing, while the 25° sharp point allows for quick and easy starting.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Select the appropriate screw size for the material and application. Use a PZ2 driver bit to insert the screw, applying steady pressure to ensure a clean start and smooth driving action.

When fixing into hardwood, pre-drill the material to help prevent splitting and ensure smooth screw installation.

Stainless steel screws should be used where there is a corrosive environment or where the base material has inherent corrosive characteristics, such as green oak.

NOTE: This screw features a sharp point only and is not designed with a self-drilling point.

For screws up to and including 75mm, the screw is fully threaded. Screws 80mm and above feature a 70mm thread length.
