Terms and Conditions

1. Our Contract with our customer.

   Sealfix Ltd are governed by these terms and conditions of goods supplied from Unit A3-A5 Blacknest Industrial Estate, Blacknest Road, Blacknest, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 4PX.  by ("we and us") to our customer being ("you") that constitute thus the entire and only such agreement between us "Sealfix Ltd" in relation thereto.

   All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us "Sealfix Ltd" and by delivery of such goods to you at which point a legally binding contract will be constituted between said two parties. Processing your payment and acknowledgment of such orders does not constitute legal acceptance of any such orders.

2. Delivery and Title to Goods

   We will deliver all goods in accordance with your requirements as set out on your order.

   Upon delivery of goods to you, title of goods will transfer directly to you as long as payment has been received in full including any other payments due to us from you.

   All deliveries must be signed for with a valid signature and printed clearly.

   In the case of a delivery not being executed because "no ones in" this will be attempted once more, if however this still does not result in a satisfactory delivery, we Sealfix Ltd will charge a redelivery fee as set out in our delivery charges.

   Should any order arrive in damaged condition? This should be notified in writing at time of delivery in order for us to execute our insurance. Failure to sign for damaged goods will invalidate any such claim by you for such goods.

   We aim for next day delivery but we can not guarantee this.

3. Availability of Goods

   Our aim will be to hold sufficient stock to meet all of our customers’ orders, if we find that at any time we have insufficient stock to fulfill orders paid for by you, we reserve the right to supply an alternative product or to refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible.

4. Price and Payment

   The price payable is the price indicated on our web site at the time of you placing your order, any charges for delivery/carriage and insurance as laid out on an order form.

   Sealfix reserve the right to change any price at any time, but we will confirm any such change before accepting your order.

   We are not obliged to process your order and may decline it or limit the quantity of products sent.

   Errors may occur occasionally with our web site and products may have been incorrectly priced, in these circumstances we will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

   We must receive full payment before any orders are processed.

5. Liability

   Notification of any problem with goods supplied should be made to Sealfix Ltd within 30 days of purchase. In the event that the goods are faulty, defective, delivered short or damaged when packed we will replace goods and collect said goods at our discretion.

   Sealfix Ltd will not be liable for any loss of profits or administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage caused from any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay and such monies to you or your company by way of compensation other than any such refund we make under these conditions.

   It is not intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. In no way does this effect your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Age requirements for Certain Goods

   When an order is placed for solvents and knives etc, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and that the delivery will be accepted by a person that is over 18 years of age. We will reserve the right to cancel any order that we feel will not meet this legal requirement.

7. Cancellation and Returns

   You may cancel your order within 7 days of delivery by giving notice by way of Phone, Fax, Mail, e-mail or by personal visit. If you are canceling your order due to any fault with the goods supplied please notify us of that at time of cancellation.

   When canceling your order for whatever reason you must return the goods to Sealfix Ltd at your cost. All returned items must be properly packed so they arrive back in a saleable condition and such you will be notified if any problem has arisen.

   In the instance that the goods are being returned because of faulty, incorrect goods supplied or unsatisfactory substitutions by us we will arrange for collection at our cost and with our nominated carrier.

8. Termination

   Sealfix Ltd may stop or suspend any order in transit or terminate any such order if you are in breach of obligation set out in these conditions.

9. Force Majeure

   We, Sealfix Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supplying or delivering of goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any circumstance beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, walk outs and any other industrial or country dispute.

10. General

    If it is found that any part of these terms and conditions are invalid, illegal or unenforceable the validity, legality or enforceability of any such part of these conditions will not be affected. This contract will be governed by and in accordance with English Law.
