Frame Concrete Screw 7.5mm Zinc

Frame Concrete Screws are high-strength direct-fixing screws designed for securely fixing window and door frames into concrete, brick and masonry substrates. The zinc finish provides additional corrosion resistance, making them suitable for a range of construction and installation applications.

The direct-fixing design allows the screw to be installed into suitable substrates without the need for a traditional wall plug, providing a secure and efficient fixing for professional installers.

BENEFITS

• 7.5mm diameter frame concrete screw
• Zinc finish
• Strong and reliable direct fixing
• Designed for concrete and masonry substrates
• Ideal for window and door frame installation
• No traditional wall plug required in suitable substrates
• Corrosion-resistant zinc finish
• Suitable for professional glazing and construction work

APPLICATIONS

Ideal for fixing:

• PVCu window frames
• Aluminium window frames
• Timber frames
• Door frames
• Window and door components
• Other suitable construction components

Suitable for use in concrete, brick and masonry, subject to the suitability of the specific substrate and application.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Drill a suitable pilot hole through the frame and into the substrate using the recommended drill size and depth. Remove drilling debris from the hole.

Position the frame correctly and drive the screw through the frame and into the substrate using a suitable driver bit. Tighten securely without overtightening or damaging the frame.

Always ensure the fixing is suitable for the substrate, application and required load before installation.
